Practice Lessons for adults, ages 18 and older
- Requirement: Must have Temporary Instruction Permit or valid Driver’s License. Student must speak English, as that is the only language our instructors speak. If a student needs an interpreter, they are more than welcome to bring someone to interpret for them.
- Lessons are offered September through May only.
- An Elite vehicle will be used.
- Each lesson is 45 minutes long.
- Adult students must purchase a package of 3 lessons for $195 prior (the cost of each lesson is $65.)
- On the day of each lesson, customers must bring their Temporary Instruction Permit or valid Driver’s License — please verify it’s not expired and bring it into the office with you.

Driving Test for adults, ages 18 and older
- Requirements: Must have Temporary Instruction Permit for at least 30 days or it must be stamped “Waived 30 Days.” Applicants must speak English, as that is the only language our examiners speak. If an applicant needs an interpreter, they are more than welcome to bring someone to interpret for them.
- The Driving Test includes a vehicle component familiarization and safety inspection (not scored), and two scored test segments. The first scored segment focuses on basic control skills and consists of three off-road exercises (parking exercises). The second scored segment focuses on your ability to drive safely and consists of on-the-road driving and expressway driving.
- To prepare for the test, please read the Driving Skills Test Study Guide.
- The cost is $75. Beginning April 1, the cost of the test will be $80. Optional car rental is an additional $25 – customer does not need to provide car insurance.
- On the day of the test, customers with a vehicle need the following:
- Enough fuel to drive for 45 minutes.
- Temporary Instruction Permit, registration and proof of insurance — please verify the documents are not expired and bring them into the office with you.
- Payment of $75. Beginning April 1, the cost of the test will be $80.
